We complete the order within 72 hours!
After your submit of the 3D model and order confirmation from your side we will deliver the order within 3 days.
Wide choice of materials
From materials for basic use through the golden mean to the high-end filament suitable for extreme conditions.
We strive to make production sustainable. If the situation allows, we produce with recycled materials.
Our portfolio offers countless materials to choose from. If you do not know which material is the right one, ask us or let us choose for you.
Common use (PLA/PETG)
The most commonly used material. Universal use suitable for interior and exterior. It has good mechanical properties. Temperature resistance up to approximately 60 °C.
High solidity (PET-CF)
Based on standard PETG the material contains carbon fibre, which gives it higher strength and stiffness. It is resistant to higher temperatures (up to 70 °C).
Self-extinguishing (FRJet)
The material contains a mixture of special additives with flame retardant. Meets UL94 V0 safety standard.
High flexibility (TPE)
The material provides a exceptional flexibility, dampens vibration and resists pressure. It has chemical, water and impact resistance.
UV resistant (ASA)
Material suitable for outdoor use. It is highly UV stable and resistant to external influences. Temperature resistance up to 93°C.
Flexible dimensions
The maximum size of the print is 25x25x25 cm. Anything up to this size is not a problem.

How much does your services cost?
Hourly rates for 3D printing and 3D modeling can be found in the price list. K 3D tisku se vždy obvykle váže příprava tisku a tzv. post-processing (finální úpravy). Čas strávený u těchto služeb se odvíjí od velikosti zakázky.
Which forms of the payment do you offer?
Převodem nebo hotově. Jiné formy úhrady v současné době neposkytujeme. Obvykle je před započetím uhrazena zálohová faktura, její výše vychází z celkové velikosti zakázky. Jedná-li se o jednorázovou výrobu, je zálohová obvykle ve 100% výši. Jedná-li se o výrobu sériovou, lze platbu rozdělit v poměru 70/30.
How does process of making an order looks like?
Nejprve nám zašlete poptávku prostřednictvím formuláře, nebo se nám ozvěte jiným způsobem. Telefonicky, e-mailem nebo osobně? Přizpůsobíme se. Na základě nezávazné poptávky vám zašleme nabídku a doladíme případné detaily. Pokud nabídku schválíte, dáme se do práce.
How long does the realisation of the order take?
Nelze bohužel jednoduše odpovědět, dokud neznáme vaše požadavky. Pokud se jedná pouze o 3D tisk jednoho kusu, dodáváme obvykle výrobek do 3 pracovních dnů. Záleží však samozřejmě na velikosti a dostupnosti materiálu skladem. Pokud se se zakázkou pojí 3D modelování, časová náročnost je obvykle vyšší. Vše dopředu avizujeme.
Do you offer sending a prototype before the final handover of the order?
Ano, tuto možnost i preferujeme, jedná-li se o sériovou výrobu nebo komplexní výrobek. Fakturován je separátně.
What if I do not have a 3D model?
One of the services we provide is 3D modeling. Let us know your ideas or send us a sketch and we will be happy to create a 3D model for you. Whether you want to print it is up to you.
I have a 3D model. What formats of the file do you accept?
We can work with a wide range of formats, but we commonly use STL, STEP, 3MF or 3DS formats. Do you have different format? Send it to us, we will tell you the options.
Potřebuji zakázku realizovat co nejrychleji, je možnost expresní výroby?
It depends on how much is the production line busy but in general yes. There is no additional fee. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best.
What kind of materials do you use?
For a list of the materials, please refer to the 3D printing description or to the specific products section. Is the material you need not in our offer? Please send an individual request.
In what way is the order delivered?
In the Pilsen and its surroundings we are able to arrange personal delivery. Throughout the Czech Republic or Slovakia we use the verified delivery services - PPL or Packeta.
Jak postupovat v případě reklamace?
Vyhovíme veškerým reklamacím, jedná-li se o chybu na naší straně. Pokud byla žádost o reklamaci vznesena kvůli následnému poškození kupujícím, nemůžeme vyhotovit nový výrobek v rámci původní ceny.
