After your submit of the 3D model and order confirmation from your side we will deliver the order within 3 days.
Wide choice of materials
From materials for basic use through the golden mean to the high-end filament suitable for extreme conditions.
We strive to make production sustainable. If the situation allows, we produce with recycled materials.
Our portfolio offers countless materials to choose from. If you do not know which material is the right one, ask us or let us choose for you.
Common use (PLA/PETG)
The most commonly used material. Universal use suitable for interior and exterior. It has good mechanical properties. Temperature resistance up to approximately 60 °C.
High solidity (PET-CF)
Based on standard PETG the material contains carbon fibre, which gives it higher strength and stiffness. It is resistant to higher temperatures (up to 70 °C).
Self-extinguishing (FRJet)
The material contains a mixture of special additives with flame retardant. Meets UL94 V0 safety standard.
High flexibility (TPE)
The material provides a exceptional flexibility, dampens vibration and resists pressure. It has chemical, water and impact resistance.
UV resistant (ASA)
Material suitable for outdoor use. It is highly UV stable and resistant to external influences. Temperature resistance up to 93°C.
Flexible dimensions
The maximum size of the print is 25x25x25 cm. Anything up to this size is not a problem.
FAQ
How much does your services cost?
Hourly rates for 3D printing and 3D modeling can be found in the price list. 3D printing is usually associated with print preparation and post-processing (final adjustments). The time spent on these services depends on the size of the order.
Which forms of the payment do you offer?
By bank transfer or cash. We currently do not offer other forms of payment. Usually, an advance invoice is paid before starting, its amount based on the total size of the order. For one-time production, the advance is typically 100%. For serial production, the payment can be split in a 70/30 ratio.
How does process of making an order looks like?
First, send us an inquiry through our form, or contact us in another way. By phone, email, or in person? We'll adapt. Based on your non-binding inquiry, we'll send you an offer and fine-tune any details. If you approve the offer, we'll get to work.
How long does the realisation of the order take?
Unfortunately, we can't give a simple answer until we know your requirements. If it's just 3D printing of one piece, we usually deliver the product within 3 working days. However, it depends on the size and availability of materials in stock. If the order involves 3D modeling, the time requirement is usually higher. We always inform you in advance.
Do you offer sending a prototype before the final handover of the order?
Yes, we prefer this option for serial production or complex products. It is invoiced separately.
What if I do not have a 3D model?
One of the services we provide is 3D modeling. Let us know your ideas or send us a sketch and we will be happy to create a 3D model for you. Whether you want to print it is up to you.
I have a 3D model. What formats of the file do you accept?
We can work with a wide range of formats, but we commonly use STL, STEP, 3MF or 3DS formats. Do you have different format? Send it to us, we will tell you the options.
I need the order completed as quickly as possible. Is there an option for express production?
It depends on how much is the production line busy but in general yes. There is no additional fee. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best.
What kind of materials do you use?
For a list of the materials, please refer to the 3D printing description or to the specific products section. Is the material you need not in our offer? Please send an individual request.
In what way is the order delivered?
In the Pilsen and its surroundings we are able to arrange personal delivery. Throughout the Czech Republic or Slovakia we use the verified delivery services - PPL or Packeta.
How to proceed in case of a complaint?
We accommodate all complaints if the error is on our side. If the complaint was raised due to subsequent damage by the buyer, we cannot produce a new product for the original price.
