Villa (3D model)
Physical model of a planned villa construction based on the provided project and floor plan. The order included both 3D modeling and 3D printing.
How the process of the project looked like?
First, we developed a 3D model of the object. The goal was to display both the exterior and interior so that the future owner would have a clear idea of the future appearance of their home.
To create a detailed model, we worked with the provided sketches and floor plans. In addition to the architecture itself, we also focused on the interior - we included basic furnishings such as chairs, beds, mirrors, wardrobes, and toilets. This allowed the client to better understand the furniture layout and space utilization.
Since it was a multi-story house, we decided to design the model as collapsible. We started from the garage and gradually worked through the ground floor up to the second floor and roof. Each floor can be easily separated, allowing for easy visualization of all rooms including bathrooms, toilets, and other key spaces.
To make the model as close to reality as possible, we used various colors and materials. Blue marks windows, brown marks doors, we highlighted the pool with a blue block, and the lawn got a natural green color. For even greater realism, we added details such as trees or a parked car.
