Who we are & what we do?

The very beginning of our story together dates back to 2013 when we became friends during our studies as the current founders of the company.

From that time we have been close to 3D modeling of all kinds, developing and trying to improve in many segments of work.

Over time, we got to 3D printing itself and tried to build on previous experience. We managed to gather a number of satisfied customers during that time so we decided to continue our work. After that, the company was founded.

We currently have over 6 years of experience in a job we love and find fulfilling. And maybe it is thanks to you that we can continue.

How a cooperation with us look like?

  • Submit your 3D model or request its creation
  • We will choose a suitable material and get in touch with you
  • After you confirm the order, we will commence the work
  • After final approval, we will hand over the finished project

Hourly rates for 3D printing and 3D modeling can be found in the price list. K 3D tisku se vždy obvykle váže příprava tisku a tzv. post-processing (finální úpravy). Čas strávený u těchto služeb se odvíjí od velikosti zakázky.

Převodem nebo hotově. Jiné formy úhrady v současné době neposkytujeme. Obvykle je před započetím uhrazena zálohová faktura, její výše vychází z celkové velikosti zakázky. Jedná-li se o jednorázovou výrobu, je zálohová obvykle ve 100% výši. Jedná-li se o výrobu sériovou, lze platbu rozdělit v poměru 70/30.

Nejprve nám zašlete poptávku prostřednictvím formuláře, nebo se nám ozvěte jiným způsobem. Telefonicky, e-mailem nebo osobně? Přizpůsobíme se. Na základě nezávazné poptávky vám zašleme nabídku a doladíme případné detaily. Pokud nabídku schválíte, dáme se do práce.

Nelze bohužel jednoduše odpovědět, dokud neznáme vaše požadavky. Pokud se jedná pouze o 3D tisk jednoho kusu, dodáváme obvykle výrobek do 3 pracovních dnů. Záleží však samozřejmě na velikosti a dostupnosti materiálu skladem. Pokud se se zakázkou pojí 3D modelování, časová náročnost je obvykle vyšší. Vše dopředu avizujeme.

Ano, tuto možnost i preferujeme, jedná-li se o sériovou výrobu nebo komplexní výrobek. Fakturován je separátně.

One of the services we provide is 3D modeling. Let us know your ideas or send us a sketch and we will be happy to create a 3D model for you. Whether you want to print it is up to you.

We can work with a wide range of formats, but we commonly use STL, STEP, 3MF or 3DS formats. Do you have different format? Send it to us, we will tell you the options.

It depends on how much is the production line busy but in general yes. There is no additional fee. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best.

In the Pilsen and its surroundings we are able to arrange personal delivery. Throughout the Czech Republic or Slovakia we use the verified delivery services - PPL or Packeta.

Vyhovíme veškerým reklamacím, jedná-li se o chybu na naší straně. Pokud byla žádost o reklamaci vznesena kvůli následnému poškození kupujícím, nemůžeme vyhotovit nový výrobek v rámci původní ceny.
