Meteorák (mascot of the club)
In addition to the 3D printing itself, the contract also included assembly. Given the complexity of the product and the technology used, it was not possible to print in one piece.
How the process of the project looked like?
We started from a customer's 3D model. We modified and optimized this model for 3D printing so we could print the individual parts of the mascot as accurately as possible.
For the purpose of color selection, we used the rendering option of the model, which matched the colors already used afterwards. The result of the render can be seen in the picture on the right. This technology allows us to achieve the right colour selection without producing several prototypes.
The render made it clear that the face color needed to be in a darker shade. After the customer agreed on the proposed shade, we moved on to the final production.
We handed over the prototype to the customer and after approval of the final form we proceeded to the realization of the entire project. You can see the result in the gallery below.
